Young and dynamic chef, born in ’91. Boasts extensive experience in various restaurants and hotels on the Sorrento Peninsula, such as Don Alfonso 1890, Hotel Mediterraneo, Il Convivio, Monastero Santa Rosa Hotel, and with some international experience at Al Dente Glasgow. The chef will delight you with refined dishes from the region, always using fresh daily ingredients. The standout feature of the Home Restaurant is precisely this: the use of very fresh products, always purchased on the morning of your dinner. We look forward to welcoming you!
